I have to manually add and it won’t except the Fairmont confirmation number....not good Customer Service I’m accustom to with this level of a hotel. My reservations should have been moved to the new app. The nickname thing should be a lot easier! They are all taken!!! Ugh!!!!

This app doesn’t give me the best pricing, and no promotional offers , I’m Accor member, no benefits from this fidelity card, you need to review your relationship with your members. Very disappointed
