My reservations are gone – ALL.com - Hotel booking Review

I have to manually add and it won’t except the Fairmont confirmation number....not good Customer Service I’m accustom to with this level of a hotel. My reservations should have been moved to the new app. The nickname thing should be a lot easier! They are all taken!!! Ugh!!!!
