Cannot change to local currency.

The app is not user friendly. For settings, you still need to open thru their website to update details and the currency for the hotel cant be change from pound to local currency.
Prices In Euros

The new app is only showing prices in euros. I can’t see how to show other currencies, such as USD.

Saya member 3 tahun di accor ... setelah update terlihat lebih sempurnah .. sayang hanya saja , di applikasi dulu kita bisa mengetahui hotel mana saja yang berpartisipasi dan yang tidak berpartisipasi , sedangkan applikasi sekrang setelah update info tersebut tidak ada ... sisa nya ok dan terlihat menarik ... Ada beberapa di bagian hotel mengenai info hotel ada kata2 penulisan salah ... seperti ibis tertulis terpisah seperti di bagian info mengenai hotel ibis budget jakarta cikini .

Progress generally means positives and improvements, but not with Accor. The new app released 12/3 has even less features than the previous app, which also was lacking in features. The app still does not have membership card or reservations that can be placed into wallet. It’s almost 2020. Try to catch up.

I've been holding top-tier status within the Accor group for a while now, and they're still one of my favorite groups, this new update is aligning Accor with the apps of other big hotel groups (I won't name any, but you can have a try for yourself), in terms of ease of use and general user experience quality. But, STILL no Apple Wallet support?! I'm really waiting for this. Accor is the only major hotel group that still doesn't support it!
New App is very bad

The last update was very bad, you cant add another room when you are booking and the currency cant be changed to your country currency
Keeps logging out

From time to time i have to type the id and password to login again. Imagine if all the apps i have would do the same? Also after the update the price is Euros.
