I was a member of Fairmont Gold. Tried to set up a new password as required after the merge and this site won’t accept anything I’ve used. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Poor app design and poor integration with Fairmont

This app is very poorly designed. Resetting password does nothing, support line for Accor is useless too. Never get a call back or an email.
Perfect accommodations

I stay in a lot of hotels each year and it is unusual when one has perfect service as well as the entire experience was without one problem. The food, the bed, even the towels couldn’t have been better

No matter what I do this app insists I need an internet connection. Must turn PHONE off and on to get it to work almost every time

This new required app (for Fairmont hotels) is not yet ready for prime time - Tough navigation Inputs don’t hold from page to page I suggest a quick update !
