I don’t want to watch a 2 minute video to see; I want be able to click on it and see it quickly.. not liking the new layout honestly.

Go back to a format like News360. Get rid of the new guy!

Can’t locate items shown on news as good deals. Have to go through to many steps to get you too what you are looking for but leads you back where you started. I don’t have time to waste getting nowhere.

This new format is confusing, I can’t find a ‘search’ feature. I liked the previous format much better. Even though I have my iPhone settings for push notices, I never get any.

They took a very informative app and turned it into an unorganized mess. Garbage.

The ABC 13 app is now horrible. 1. Some videos (ads in particular) will play automatically, even when they’ve not been clicked. So annoying when trying to check the news in a quiet environment. 2. One can no longer navigate from story to story. The app requires navigating back to the home page, then clicking on the desired story. 3. The setup is less user friendly and the home page has smaller text. It’s hard to read on a mobile device. 4. If now rather check the news on Channel 2 or Channel 11. Their apps are MUCH easier to use and navigate.

It use to be good now is just blah. Liked it the old way. Gonna give it one more update. Then I’ll switch to Click2 Houston.
