The app has a tendency to go out quite often. You have to reboot and enter your provider all over again. If you have to leave the app for any reason it will kick you out if you do it too many times!

The app just stays on the loading screen every time I make attempts to open it. Fix the app. This is getting annoying as I am unable to watch shows live through the app anymore

Thinking ABC would have a decent app to watch my favorite shows, compared to any other television channel app I have downloaded - ABC is the worst. It crashes mid-show, playing old episode or watching live. Constantly signs me out of my provider, causing me to go to settings remove ABC from accessing, going back to ABC app and re-login with my provider (this sometimes takes several attempts). Do not respond with your generic “contact our developer customer service team”. There are enough reviews to show this is an app issue. Maybe ABC needs a new developer!! Contact NBC’s developer - no issues with their app and also allows you to continue your show in a smaller frame while switching other apps on your device. Take note!!

Useless for live streaming on New Years

Just did not work for New Years… ABC isn’t on streaming subscription services and you’re forced to use this janky app to see ABC content. 2022 off to a bad start and I’ll never trust my New Years content to ABC again.

Seems the new year brought in useless apps. ABC app worked decent a few weeks ago now useless as the att U-verse app. Is anyone even trying anymore to make decent apps? Pointless.

App update forgets my provider. Clueless coders. Hire at least one who can show they know what they are doing. Or maybe at least TEST a new release before you throw it over the wall? Ya think? SAD. Period.

Update on this - seems to be their platform with Amazon fire. All other apps work fine but ABC app circles and circles, I have to exit the app and go back in. Freezes up then bumps me off site. We have good 5g internet. Roku seems to work much better except for timing out & having to go through the activate process over & over.

Constantly have problems with this app. Crashes in middle of episodes, won’t connect to my TV provider (get connection error). I have problems with this on Roku and iPhone and iPad.
