Can’t sign in to TV Provider

I keep trying to sign in to my tv provider but the app continues to bring up DIRECTV. I am with Vexus and it won’t let me choose anything else. Also, when I tried it online and managed to bring up the football game, it said the video was unavailable or not supported in the browser. ABC has just been literal garbage for trying to watch college stuff.

I am not able to watch locked episodes on the app. The instructions say to go to settings and TV provider and sign out one time then sign back in. I’ve tried several times and it doesn’t work. I see others complaining about the same issue and your developer instructs them on where to get help. I guess that may help but a better solution is to fix your app.

Too many commercials!

Way to many commercials! 5 commercials each time and over 10 in one movie! That’s 50 commercials! Like nobody is paying any attention to these and it’s just a deterrent from using the app.

It freezes. Won’t allow you to sign in, and these problems all began when I updated it.

App is always challenging to open. It always takes three tries in order to make it open appropriately. It freezes often and shows are not always available for viewing. of all of the major cable TV channels ABCs app is the most challenging to navigate.
