The ABC app has more bugs in it than any other entertainment viewing platform that I use. So often it will not load properly, it stops playing, and loses my sign in credentials way too often. It is sad ABC cannot put out a reliable app.

Why isn’t Jeopardy on the app? It’s one of your most popular shows and you make it so hard for people to watch old shows. People go to YouTube and you miss out. My regional station didn’t play the 2/3 and 2/4 episodes because of the Olympics and I can’t find them anywhere.

ARE YOU SERIOUS???!!! ABC or WHOMEVER needs to get off their ?’s & get up with the times!! I couldn’t watch a NBA game because of this nonsense! It’s like, WHY EVEN BROADCAST if you all don’t have all the available tools for people/fans to watch anytime/anywhere! TNT DOES! TBS DOES! NBC DOES!!! FOX DOES!!! Come on ABC! Get with the “program”!!! NMT, Sr.

Accidentally tapped Verizon as my cable provider and it won’t let me switch it to Comcast. I tried deleting the app and it just keeps taking me back to Verizon. Legitimately the worst user experience ever.

? There is no point in trying to watch ABC … I have yet to play one program through to its conclusion without the video freezing, after which it takes me 5 to 10 minutes to try and log back in, then I am subjected to 6 commercials (where I turn the sound off) only to be met with those three stupid dots on a black screen! I do this dance over and over and over again. I finally realized, there’s not much on this Network I want to watch and I doubt Disney cares whether they’ve lost a viewer since they offer such an inferior product. Don’t make yourself frustrated, just delete ABC!
A reasonable option if you have no choice

Just learned of a new show that I wanted to watch the initial episodes. It connects less than 30% of the time, most often saying “oops, an era is detected, code…..”. I believe it’s because they are trying to get you to pay for Hulu. The commercial frequency would be tolerated if I could easily open the desired show link on the first 1-2 attempts.

Might just delete this app after reuploading it. Gave up on watching a show. Feels like the old TV days when you watch as many ads or more as the program. Hate it. Didn’t use it for two years, beginning to remember why.
