I purchased this app and used it with one of my kids. Now the content has been locked again with no method to restore my purchase and the developer does not respond to communication.

I love this app and how it challenges my 4 year old. My issue starts where I downloaded it on my phone and paid 2.99 to unlock all the levels, but when it simultaneously downloaded on my iPad it is requesting I pay the 2.99 again to unlock all the levels on my iPad. It should be a once and done thing, it’s pretty slimy to charge twice like that.

I got the app for my 5yr old to help with his letters and then paid the initial 2.99 to unlock the entire workbook. The app was deleted and now it wants me to pay for the workbooks again I know it’s 3 dollars but I’m not gonna pay for when I have to update or it gets deleted again to pay over and over and no way to recover.

I purchased this app for 2.99 on Oct 2nd and now on the 22nd it is asking me to purchase again. What is even worse I don't have a way to contact the app. When I click help I get an error. Don't waste your money on this

Was great for my son when learning and he still loves it but all of a sudden the settings are locked and I can’t access. And there doesn’t seem to be any kind of help page or link to get answers. Beyond frustrating!!!

Paid to unlock only works on 1 device

Paid $2.99 to unlock the app through my iphone but it won’t work on my ipad. Sent a couple emails to support and received no response at all. Very dissapointed.

I have messaged this app company 3 times and have not received any response. I paid to have the entire app unlocked and it did not unlock anything. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your money on the full version, especially with such poor customer service.
