Can’t Access Settings!!! – ABC Genius - Preschool Games for Learning Letters Review

Was great for my son when learning and he still loves it but all of a sudden the settings are locked and I can’t access. And there doesn’t seem to be any kind of help page or link to get answers. Beyond frustrating!!!
