Charged for full version, not unlocked – ABC Genius - Preschool Games for Learning Letters Review

I have messaged this app company 3 times and have not received any response. I paid to have the entire app unlocked and it did not unlock anything. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your money on the full version, especially with such poor customer service.
