I paid for the app in full and it’s still locked, I can’t get thru to anyone, I have bank statements to prove it, I want a full refund or for you to honor my purchase and unlock the app

I have messaged this app company 3 times and have not received any response. I paid to have the entire app unlocked and it did not unlock anything. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your money on the full version, especially with such poor customer service. Updated: I still have not heard back from this company. Now they have another app out asking you to pay for the full version. How convenient when people pay for the basic version, get nothing unlocked...only to get ignored when trying to contact support.
Can someone tell me how to turn the sound on?

I like this app very much. But I can’t seem to get the sound to come back on. Also, I purchased the full App. And then deleted it bc I thought it might be a glitch. Now it says that I have to re purchase it.... I really hope someone can help me. Thanks.

How is this supposed to teach phonics without sound? And how are toddlers who are learning their letters supposed to read the directions? Do not purchase.
