Nice App Interface

Have only used the tow service as part of the app. Pretty cool how you can track the tow truck progress. Have not tried it so far on the other services.

This used to be one of the worst apps on my phone. Over the past couple of years, they have made big improvements to the UX/UI and stability. I applaud AAA for making the investment.

The login function doesn’t work. Very poorly designed. This app could be so much better.
Password failure with every update, poor app customer service

For some reason, when an app update occurs, the new app will no longer accept my password. The first time I blamed myself, but with a password manager, no more. Clearly something is wrong. I have to get the password reset each time. And to make matters worse, I get a runaround from AAA about reporting it. Terrible.

It’s a great idea to just use the app to get roadside assistance but it was an hour and a half till someone gave me a call to then get roadside assistance, basically waiting for nearly 2 hours for a jump. I know these are trying times but darn.
