What I need, when I need it.

AAA is the best value for the money. There’s nothing worse than an unexpected car problem. AAA always has my back. The app is easy to navigate and help is on the way. As long as I’m driving I’ll have AAA. And there is so much more they do, it’s amazing.

Super easy and fast to use

GSDGuy23

It is really user friendly and easy to use. It keeps you informed of your service call. You are notified of the driver and can track their location. It could not be easier to use.

Does this thing work?

I tried repeatedly to use this app in when my car died on my way home last night around midnight. It kept telling me that my membership had lapsed (it hadn’t) and would not allow me to link to the Roadside Assistance page. It just kept churning and not moving forward. Fortunately I had my membership card and was able to call. But this app doesn’t work.

It use to be really good.

They updated t awhile back and I have had nothing but problems. It first says my password is wrong. Then when I reset my password my email is wrong. I loved it when I was able to use the app to get help.

Good functionality .

Annoying Pop up

E_85

I decided that I do not want to share my position with AAA. Therefor I rejected that the App can access my location in any way. Every single time I’m opening the App it’s asking me to enable location services. NO. I made my decision and I’m expecting you to respect it. And it also wants to access my Motion & Fitness Data. WHAT? Are you kidding me? That’s non of you business. ———— Update 12 March 2020 I was asked to provide my ZIP Code. I don’t understand why this is related to my ZIP code. This is an Problem of the App and nothing else. The app is generating the annoying pop up. Not my local AAA devision. Asking for the zip is only an excuse and pushing responsibility to some one else. I would expect that the company developing the App is standing up for their work and admit to that this is a poor implementation. And asking for my vital Data is clearly a validation of my privacy rights. There is no reason why the APP developers need this data.
