I am liking the workouts for the most part. I just don’t like how you can’t add on another round. I do them twice in a row when I’m feeling it. Also sometimes the exercises are overly easy, other times they are hard. More consistently for that. Also I have lost 10 pounds over three weeks by doing this and eating healthier. So overall good!

Honestly I’ve tried all the workout apps, but I never really committed until 8fit. And I definitely saw changes, in the first week, I wasn’t 10 pounds lighter and becoming toned like I want, but I was strengthening my muscles and the exercises I wouldn’t even dream of doing became easier. And I even lost a pound! Just try it, maybe just like me, this app can become the commitment you’ve been looking for. ?

All they want is your money! Be careful! I tried the seven day free trial and canceled it within the app on the third day of my trial and I thought that was it, I wouldn’t be charged but then my credit card statements came in and I saw that I had been charged the $59.99. By the time I realize this I contacted their customer service representatives they told me that I would not be given my refund back because I have passed the seven day period but I only passed it because I had canceled it within the app but it turns out it wasn’t canceled and billed me anyways.
