Amazing

Absolute Best

Their customer service is literally the best. Any question or concern you have is answered within MINUTES. They are absolutely here to help, and they want you to be your best. I CANNOT RECOMMEND A FITNESS/HEALTH/EATING APP MORE!!

Deleted before I got started

After the registration process you have to select the plan you want. I have never seen this app before and nobody I know uses it. So I was interested in trying it before I purchased. When I selected the trial, the next screen told me it was my last chance to get the offers and they were only available at this time. I think that it is the wrong tactic to encourage someone by pressuring them to buy something they haven’t tried yet. I deleted the app.

Obsessed

Wow the music, the guided videos, the customizable meal plan. Literally THRILLED I found this. Thank you!!!!!

I️ hate exercise. I️ love this app!

I have been using this app for 2 months now and have lost 14 pounds. I am the type of person who despises exercise but I can handle the short time period that these take. While they don’t feel extremely hard, they do work. I have never lost this much weight in two month. I recommend it to all my friends.

DONT BUY PRO

I️ signed up for the 3 month plan that said $10 every 3 months but it charged me $78!!! I’m very angry. It’s a good app but not worth $78!!

Awesome very happy

Poor customer service

I downloaded this app after talking to a friend. I accessed the trial period for meal plans to see if it would work for me and my family. For me, the meals weren't a good fit. The ones I tried were bland and it was unrealistic in time prep for breakfast/lunch- who has that much time in the morning?? Anyway I decided it wasn't going to work and tried to cancel my subscription and thought I had in the app. Then I got a charge and emailed 8fit and Apple with poor results bc apparently cancelling it in the app doesn't work, you have to go to your settings in some obscure part of settings for subscriptions. I am very unhappy with this outcome. I caution everyone using this app to be aware of "automatic" subscriptions that will be charged to your cc. Everyone should be aware bc I'm sure you're going to forget you signed up for this in a year.

Well I’m sweating bullets for a 18 min work out?

Tried this app for the first time and I am extremely happy with my workout session!! I’m using the 7 day trial and I will likely pay for this app. The music I selected was upbeat and kept me engaged. I will work out 7 days straight then make my decision. I can’t wait to see what the next work out will be??

Bait and Switch

hoping fod better

First exercise routine offered should be the one that is shown on the sites that are touting the app. Anything else should be shown as more advanced routines. Saw multiple web pages showing a workout of timed cycles of squats and rests followed by timed cycles of mountain climbers and rests with claims of how great this app is to keep you on the timed schedule. But, that workout is not even included. Instead there are far too many other lowest fitness level workouts with exercises like legs raises that hurt the back of an out of shape person starting with the app. The survey about activity levels and suggestions of stupidly organized workout routines should be saved for after the user has had a chance to find out if the app even works well enough to be of value. It sort of works but the interface to skip around is rather clunky and it needs to be much better when the only way users have to work around a bad design for selecting routines. Users should be able to make their own sequences of exercises and rests. Maybe that is in the paid copy but who would want to pay for something that works so badly in the free version. Allow the creation of simple routines of a few exercises with a workout limit of maybe 10 minutes and then charge for the version that supports longer and more complicated workouts. I would pay a small charge for an app that does nothing more than the one advertised on so many sites because it saves me the time of writing my own and using a timer interrupts the flow of the workout. I bet many people would use that one for free pay for more as they get into better shape and want more.
