I’m enjoying the free version of this, however, I don’t think I’ll pay. I don’t need help with food and whatnot, just need some more extreme exercises.

I followed their instructions to the letter. I went into settings on my iPhone. I went into my Apple ID. I went into subscriptions. I clicked on this app subscription. There is no option to cancel. You’ll have to fight your bank, because it is impossible to cancel this app.

My workouts consisted of long walks, so I was afraid to start these workouts. However, to my surprise and gratitude they get gradually difficult. They are not intimidating at all.

The only reason i don’t like it is because it is to much for pro and i need pro but I can’t get it

This app perfectly helped me ease back into working out every day. I used to dread it and after using these short workouts to build up to longer and more intense sessions, I actually look forward to working out every day! I usually 2-3 of the shorter workouts in a row now 5-6 days a week. I feel healthier and in better shape than I have in a very long time! It took the guess work out of going to gym. One SMALL issue with this app is that the times listed on the workouts are often inaccurate. While they are sometimes on point and usually in the ballpark, sometimes they are just plain wrong. Super small thing, but just a heads up to take them with a grain of salt.

It’s really good and really works when followed. I wish it had a couple features. 1. the ability to track calories in off-app meals. As is, you can only add basic things about the meal. (Was it healthy and portion size). 2. Ability to add measurements such as waist, hips, butt, arms, thighs. I tend to lose inches first, not weight, and i would love the app to know I’m getting healthier despite my weight remaining mostly the same.

I really enjoy being able to pick a “program” of workouts that lasts for some time interval so there’s a theme. The workouts vary day to day enough that it doesn’t get super boring and there’s always a set time commitment so it’s easier to motivate myself to keep coming back. The UI itself is easy to use and, mostly, intuitive. Love the clean but not boring interface and the non nonsense on picking a workout, meal, etc. one tiny ask is to make it more explicit to track progress/ do check ins and change up the program and give guidance along the way on what’s working and what isn’t. Great job!

Forces you to create an account before letting you view any part of the app. I’m searching for a workout app and an getting tired of paywalls/personal info walls everywhere I go, while just trying to find the right workout app for me.
