Pop-ups issue

Kilichun

The subscription option continuously pops up, which resulted in I accidentally purchased the unwanted subscription. Right after that, I tried to contact their support team, but no one responded to me. What a way to rip off people! Please resolve this issue. I’ll delete the app.

Step Tracker Fixed!

Ella_572

Update: I’m not sure what happened but the app is working again (which makes me think it was something on my phone since there hasn’t been an update since I posted). Also thank you for reaching out!! For the past several days (potentially ever since the last update) I can no longer clock into the step tracker to see how far I am from my daily goal, etc.. I’ve tried killing the app and restarting it, even restarting my phone - nothing works. I use this part the most for daily motivation, even if I don’t work out that day. Please fix it! I really like this app otherwise!!

This app has helped me so much! And once you get into the groove of performing a workout everyday you get motivated and can see the results! Stick with it!!

Is better and chipper than the gym.

I used to pay $10 monthly and I went only few times in the year. This is much better.

Great app minus a few flaws

Padon05

So I've been using this app for a few months now and overall, I must say it's been a great app with a lot of helpful tips. Regarding the workout aspect of it, I like how it shows videos of the exercises but I wish the videos synced with what you're supposed to do. What I mean is that in some cases (for example) you'll do an exercise for 20 seconds and then rest 10 and then repeat. Well, the video is basically a 5 second clip of a person doing the exercise on repeat for the entire duration of each cycle. I'd rather see the person doing the exercise and then see them rest or stop exercising as a visual cue to tell me to stop. It's a small annoyance but not the end of the world. And while you can airplay the videos to your Apple TV, for some reason it won't airplay both video and audio at the same time. So I've just given up and play the videos on my iPad. In regards to the meal prep aspect of this app, I overall love the variety of the recipes and how they cater to what my goals are. The grocery list is amazing and makes shopping a lot easier for me. My only complaint is that portion sizes on most of the recipes are insane. What they classify as one serving can at times feed 2-3 people. So when I'm prepping my meals for the week, I'll most of the time find myself with an army of food I have to freeze.

pretty great!

In general I love this app! I only have the free version, but the workouts are short and simple, yet enough. BUT it keeps crashing! so now I can't even use the app for more than 10 seconds before the screen goes white and I have to close it and open it again.

Avoid this Scam!!

Mdeleo01

I can't stress enough to avoid this company- unless you want to be tethered to them for life! I bought a membership a year ago, used it for a while, and then ultimately joined a gym which is a better fit for me. Of course I forgot about the subscription. Well guess what? I've just been charged $60 for a renewal and the company refuses to budge on a refund. Why? I should have remembered to cancel before the renewal. It's "in the terms". This is atrocious customer service at best, and a scam at worst. Forcing me to pay for a service I haven't used in months and won't use for the next year. I've now paid $120 for an app I used for about three months. Even my gym membership is more flexible than this! We've all seen this model "join now, cancel any time" (so long as it's within the window of our fine-print terms). Companies that operate this way make their money through fees and not from their product. If you stand behind your product, you should refund the people who don't use it. And don't come on here and reply to my poor review with "you didn't cancel your renewal on time according to the terms you accepted." I KNOW THAT and acknowledge that is the case. I just think it's a really horrific model and I want to warn everyone else not to get sucked in. Don't buy from this company- they enjoy taking advantage of people. Its obvious this has always been the plan or they wouldn't have created such stringent, inflexible terms to begin with. UPDATE to the developer. The ONLY way to reach you is via email. You provide no support number, just email. I have emailed you TWICE and you have never replied. Terrible customer service. I stand by my comments. Apple refunded me because I disputed the charge and they could see that I hadn't updated or used the app. That was Apple's good customer service despite your company's appalling lack of engagement.

Meal Plan Review

Venus0990

Shopping list removes my check marks if I adjust any of the meals. I shopped for the whole week and yesterday the app erased my meal plan. I think one of my originally planned meal was removed from the recipe book.. Now I have a bunch of Swiss chards and white beans I don't know what to do with. Need to add video to recipes or need your recipe to be printable because I had to scroll up and down while my hands are messy. The 2 snacks I tried I'm not a big fan of. The Arugula and ham salad is terrible. The other meals are actually great. I wanted to reuse ingredients as much as possible. The meals I had have very little reuse which is a waste of money. It would be nice if you let me add notes per meal or per day. Also I don't understand why I have very limited characters for logging meal. Make it fitbit compatible! Also can I just buy your recipe book?
