The app is frozen and I cannot delete it from my phone

It is good app it dose whet it is supposed to do but it dose not get 5 star from me because when I add my card in to passbook or wallet I can not see any of my punches unless you go into the 7-Eleven app

App increases phone brightness

I must say that you increasing phone brightness is a lousy attempt to promote your app's content. It is annoying, uncool and hurts my eyes. Please have us control the phone brightness.

Never updates

Never updates my scans even though I use the app every time I get coffee. Makes you think you're using up phone apace and data use for something coming back to the customer. ...but no. Just a faulty app. And deals are only per participating 711. So it doesn't even inform you for all, your local stores, ..or anything :/

This app is garbage. Out of every 10 cups I buy, this app only registers 1-2 times. I miss out on tons of free cups because this app fails to register my purchases. JUNK!!!!

It works - none of the stores I go to seem to have a problem with the barcode (then again I usually let the employee grab my phone - perhaps I need to sterilize it moe often - ew) They finally enabled Wallet integration a while back - woot! It would be even better if it integrated with Apple Pay so I could just wave my Apple Watch at the terminal, paying for my drink and getting my rewards at the same time. Would also eliminate the whole awkward barcode scanning crap too - double win.

Working with support currently to try and work out why I have had the app for 6 months and have yet to get a single star. The associates in store don't know what to do with the app, the system is down, or it just scans and shows as "item not found". Worthless as a "loyalty program". Just stock punch cards in the stores again and let me use them.

When it works it works but thats getting further and further apart. I havent got my stars for awhile now. This past fri i went in and bought 5 fountain drinks already had one star so i should have 6 but never got them even though it said my name on the pin pad. I thought maybe deleting it and re downloading might help but nope now its saying The email isnt registered and when i try to register it it says sorry cant register right now try back later. Not a happy camper
