I deleted and redownloaded the app and it still says “Oops, something went wrong try again”. It has been that way for quite a few weeks. Used to work great!

The new app is worse than before, can't even login anymore says i'm on airplane mode. i am not I have full service. I tried again on Wifi and it says my email is not registered for the app. i tried to rest my password and still doesn't work. Now it’s back to airplane mode and won't let me connect to coupons or deals with the new update.

It only wants to open when it feels like opening.. hardly ever accepts my password. Before it never did. I also have issues on WiFi.. great concept just still needs wrk!

I have that app since it was launched it used to work now since a few days it is not possible to scan anymore like its frozen. I tried to reset the phone nothing helps . It shows that I have a free coffee in the reward section ,at the scan section it shows nothing but it’s not possible to scan I use it daily

Update: 10/10/17. From 2 stars to 1. Still going with don't update. Tried to use the BOGO coupon for chips and it didn't credit me. Reached out to app support who just blamed me for getting the wrong chips, which I did not, both were the 7Select brand as required by the offer. Reached out to 7-11 customer service and got no answer. They also never were able to fix the issue of the free cup always showing on my app but not actually being available. I updated and lost a free cup. It shows there on the app, but won't ring up. I've also noticed at least 2 times where I didn't get credit for my drink purchase. Now this last time I received and email from 7rewards about free Häagen-Dazs, but when I went to claim it, the app didn't show it and it never rang up with the discount. Not a fan of the new layout either. The "deals" and "rewards" tab is redundant. Bar code doesn't want to scan. There should be a "pay" tab that brings up just the bar code and turns the screen to full brightness so it scans better. It also takes longer to load.

We should be able to BANK our redemptions on FREE REWARDS (coffee, sodas, etc). I think it’s unfair that we are made to use it. Starbucks gives the customer the ability to tell the cashier if he/she wants to redeem. If not redeemed, then it can be banked till the customer wants to redeem. There’s 7 in my family (2 adults and 5 kids), so we literally “live” in 7/11. We buy fountain drinks, coffee, gas (fuel), and everything else yu cn think of. So we as a family rack up the stars constantly. But recently we cut back as it’s disappointing having to redeem the FREE REWARD when we don’t want to. We ? 7/11 and hope there’s a way to accommodate frequent patrons like ourselves. Joe M.

I love my app but because I have an old phone I can't use my app no longer I have a free coffee comig to me I can't get it cause the new app won't work with my IPhone 4 not fair not everyone has an up to day phone

Used to work but since iOS 11 came out it no longer keeps track of my drinks so I am not getting the free drink after six purchases. Now it’s just stuck on the sixth drink.
