Waste of time

Trying to register using the same number I used to sign up in a local store but the app doesn’t let me use it. Says it’s invalid. When I use the number in a store, works fine.. No way to contact anyone .. what a waste of time.

Always have dirty coffee pots, The glass tube that tells how much coffee is left in the pot Is disgusting

I had so much points saved up, I looked into the new updated, and somehow I lost all of points. I went to the beginning (50 points) and I clicked on missing points. It asking me if I had another account or phone number. No! I’ve had this since 2018, there no way I lost all of my points. I don’t have another account or number. I see how they don’t care about us and losing points.
Doesn’t work when I open the app

What’s the point of this app? It’s just stuck on the 7-11 logo. I’ve reinstalled it and still nothing. Restarted my phone same nothing
