Love this app!! I’ve never run in my life- I just didn’t know where to start- the intervals were perfect for getting started and sustaining a new habit.

The app has been great - super helpful in getting me to a 5K goal however the distance/mileage tracker was off for me a few times!


Optimizer is not optimal

Pretty good app. However, I’m on week 5, and just optimized my training twice because it was too hard, and got the exact same workout. If i couldn’t do it the first two times and said it was hard, what makes you think i can do it this time?


Like it but not functioning properly

I’m on the second week and I hated running but having someone tell me when to stop and go is super helpful. The problem is it isn’t connecting properly to my watch. The app on my phone says it’s connected but the app on the watch never seems to recognize that. I’ve deleted it and re downloaded it several times and follow the instructions each time. I can’t watch my progress or access my runs on my watch

Back for more. This program works. Was sidelined for a while but now back, the easy in progression of this couch to 5K program is optimal for all people but specially for older adults like me . Looking forward to running 5Ks again or even 10ks

I did this a couple years ago in high school and I lost a little less than 50 pounds in 2 months using this app and a vegan diet. I didn’t even finish the program, but it still made a great impact. I went from not even being able to run for a minute to running 3 miles. I’m starting the program again from the beginning & slowly going to start working my way up to a marathon !! :) highly recommend !
