I just completed my first run… it was good but challenging. The only bad thing is that you have to pay for the full 5k training

I have used this app years ago. I love it. I am finishing up week 2 and going to week 3 this weekend. I remember how it works you up to a new level each run. It is a great app

I enjoyed this app for a few weeks, but at a certain point, each run just increased in running time by 3-4 min in one shot & the strategy of just adding more wasn’t sustainable or keeping my interest. I think I would’ve felt more encouraged with more of a variety of changes, some dips backs, & more gradual increases.

This app is a great version of the Couch to 5k program. It got be back to running after a >10 year break, no injury and very few aches and pains in the process. The loss of one star has to do with their payment structure. I purchased the Lifetime Premium thinking it applied to their other running apps as well, why would I purchase a lifetime membership for a program I’ll probably only do this one time as I progress on to longer distances? I really thought it applied to their other apps. I think they should be much more explicit in their explanation and pricing structure. I contacted customer support and basically just got a curt response simply stating there is no cross app purchase for memberships. They did not reply to my second message. Given this, I do not intend to use any of their other apps. Be sure you know what you’re paying for when you buy the in app purchases…

This app is a 5 star app when everything works properly. Unfortunately, I run into an issue with it tracking distance of my runs. I drive my car over to the trail which is 5 mins from my house. Even if I open the app at the trail and start my run after getting out of my car, it counts the drive as distance traveled in my run. At first I thought it was because I would have the app running in the background before starting the run, but as stated I close and restart the app from the trail and when I’m done it counts the drive as part of my run.

I’ve done this years ago, and helped me to get ready for a 5k run, after 6 month total physical laziness. I’ve just started to use the app again, and its still working for me. A very gentle way to get me going, best part i the ink is that the training difficulty is not up to me, i tend to over or under do.

It’s a great app but at least twice a week I have to delete it and reinstall. It keeps freezing. I have the last ear phone and updates and it seems to have gotten worse. I lose the running data and have to start new.
