great for weight loss – 5K Runner: couch potato to 5K Review
I did this a couple years ago in high school and I lost a little less than 50 pounds in 2 months using this app and a vegan diet. I didn’t even finish the program, but it still made a great impact. I went from not even being able to run for a minute to running 3 miles.
I’m starting the program again from the beginning & slowly going to start working my way up to a marathon !! :)
