I like to do yoga for the stretching, breathing, and relaxation that it provides. This app has good explanations of the poses. I like that it has a count down timer but wish it had an audible when you complete the pose.

Just enough to start the day. No excuse not to give myself five minutes to feel the stretch and begin getting myself back into shape. I have no time for classes, but I need a way to move. When I feel like I have more time, I can repeat the day before... good and easy instructions. A moving model of the pose would be nice....

Clear images and descriptions of poses Gives ample time to get into and hold pose. Done when you get out of bed, one can feel those body parts waking up.
