I’m finding this is a great way to begin my day and I always have 5 minutes so there’s no excuses. I wouldn’t recommend this app for those with little to no yoga experience however, I’m no veteran Yogi either and my moderate amount of experience seems adequate to use the app for some practice of what I already know.

I’ve tried over to upgrade my purchase over the past 2 weeks but the app will not let me. I’ve enjoyed the only2 sessions this app has allowed me to use

Like it says, 5 minutes. Poses are varied, not the same thing over and over. Pretty challenging for a beginner. If you need to get jump started, this should help.
