This is by far the best meditation app I own.

Many choices, this one is a winner

Previously I used Headspace but after 2 years subscription I was ready for something like 1-time payment. I like the length of sessions, great for easing back into a lapsed practice.

Bite-sized meditations

I love this app! Easy, bite-sized meditations to start, add to, or resume your practice--so easy to fit into your morning or evening routine. The voice and backgrounds are calming and lovely.

Awesome app

Nice way to get a moment to myself. Add a Reiki one!

It Really Works!

It would be wise for all of us to use this app each day. It does more than assist you to release stress. It teaches you to make this a daily habit and therefore, be more relaxed, more productive and happier.

Very helpful!

Great reminder out of my extremely busy and stressful day to breathe and find calmness!!

Great app

Reluctant meditator

I have been trying to embrace daily meditation for a while without success, but this app has made it possible. 3 minutes is perfect! Everyone can find 3 minutes to take a break and breathe. It is definitely worth it to do the upgrade for only a one time fee. When I have more time, I use one of the mini courses. I am definitely less stressed on a daily basis. :)

Skeptical meditator

I downloaded this app because the meditation were only 3 mins (the amount of time I can stay focused for) it has been the greatest! The meditations aren't long I can do them everyday and even throughout when I need some time to relax

My favorite app!

Mawils

I have been going through a very stressful time in my life and a friend suggested this app. It has honestly been life changing. It is wonderful!

Alright

Lord of iCloud

Needs an option to turn on sounds in the general timer section, like ocean waves or rain, but otherwise it's a nice simple app.
