Excellent App

Very good to-do app!

This could be the best To Do app. It just lacks one critical feature: I need to be able to edit the completion date for a task. WATCH OUT: UNLESS YOU ARE PERFECT AT MARKING TASKS COMPLETED WHEN YOU ACTUALLY COMPLETE THEM THIS APP WILL NOT SERVE AS AN ACCURATE RECORD OF WHEN TASKS WERE COMPLETED AND HOW LONG IT TOOK BEFORE A TASK WAS COMPLETED.

Best task manager out there, plays well with Fantastical

I'll keep this short: I'm a productivity app nerd. I've used Things, OmniFocus, The Hit List, Wunderlist, Any.do, Todoist, Google Tasks, and more. 2Do is the only app I've stuck with. It's unbelievably easy to use, and somehow manages to capture the richness of other apps' projects/tags/subtasks without the organizational overhead required to input and manage tasks. The ability to sync bidirectionally with Reminders is crucial. (Things, for instance, can only pull one-way from one Reminders list, and importing the task into Things deletes it from Reminders.) Syncing means that I can use Fantastical to view and check off all my todos alongside my calendar for each day. Changes in one app are reflected seamlessly in the other. Props to the solo dev for an amazing application. There are many todo offerings out there, but this one has been mine for years, and will continue to be.

Primary app

Ajooba1982

This is my primary app, keeps my organized. However it’s getting stale. No drag and drop feature and no easy way to set up individual task recurring at specific intervals. Hopefully updates come. I paid full price I think it was $15. Totally worth the money.

Just great.

Simple yet powerful. Love it.

Been a long time power user

I've used this app for years and have been sticking with it because the developer had really tailored this app to the user. I've contacted the developer and gotten great response and feedback had been Incorporated (also assuming they are usually others requesting similar updates!). I'm using about 70% of the features and it keeps both my work and personal life matters in order! Sure, you have to spend some time getting use to this app like any other app. But once you do, you'll give it indispensable. I have my list synced across iPhone and iPad via iCloud and the sync had been perfect. I use iCloud because I can use Siri to dictate items to add to my list. Highly recommended, especially for power users.

Greatest task app ever!

I have been an avid user of various task apps for many years. I was a huge fan of Astrid until yahoo bought and it went away. For years I was searching for another app that I liked as much is Astrid, and I finally found 2do. It is honestly my favorite app of all time. It is so powerful in its functionality and yet so intuitive, and the design is pleasing as well. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Powerful, complex task manger; support?

2Do works well. Coming from several apps a few years ago, most recently Things. What I miss is the clean simplicity of Things. 2Do has so many features, and most are there in your face whether you use them or not. They end up being a distraction. That said, 2Do works well. I’ve never experienced any bugs—until now: the widget no longer works. But the app is very reliable. And it’s very flexible. 2Do doesn’t charge separately for iPhone and iPad app, like another to do list. That’s refreshing. Today Widget has been broken for months: “unable to load.” 2Do developer doesn’t seem responsive. Developer is silent on Twitter and very limed contact options. This is pushing me to leave for another app.

Wonderful application

I have come back to 2Do after using OmniFocus and Things 3. Both of those are also outstanding apps and I have nothing bad to say about either of them. I just find that 2Do suits me best. It has such a great UI and so many features that I can customize to my liking that it just works best for me.

Great GTD App AND NO SUBSCRIPTION

v from midlo

I want to say THANK YOU for a great app. Bought it years ago and still use it on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro and Apple Watch. More powerful than I need most of the time but more power user functions are there if I need them. MOST IMPORTANTLY THANK YOU FOR NOT GOING THE SUBSCRIPTION ROUTE. Evernote started the WORST trend in apps with subscriptions. Evernote provides storage so I get it but sooooo many apps don’t provide storage but charge what is a service fee for something that is not a service but a piece of software. Thank you so much to this developer for selling me software. I would be glad to purchase an update please just avoid subscription model pricing.
