Yep. Simple, powerful, clean and robust. I’ve used it for about 5+ years and won’t use anything else. But can we get a Dark Mode? :)

The notes made in the current task should not carry forward to the recurring task. Or at least be asked if I want to do so. Thank you. It is so easy to accidentally complete a task. A confirm changes selection should be added.

I’ve been using 2Do app for over a week now. I paid for the pro version and I’m happy I did. This app has helped me out so much because I needed a way to remember things through out my week. I am more focused and accomplish a lot more. Thank you creators.

Makes you ashamed to use Reminders

That app shows you just how lacking the native Apple app (Reminders) is. Not only is it well layer out and easy to use, it is beutiful!

My perfect “Things” Replacement

I started off years ago using Things, then came over to Apple Reminders. Sure it wasn’t Things but it worked. Last year I started using SetApp and 2Do was a part of the subscription. So I started down the path of using Things but couldn’t get with the price, not having the ability to add attachments, not having location-based reminders,, and - yes - the price again. So I tried 2Do on the mac and then on my phone for syncng and it fits the bill. Everything Things did plus the few up top that Things isn't doing. Now the only thing that's killing me and giving it a 4 is on the UI. Specifically, not having the ability to change the background color of the iPhone app. The faded bluish gray thing is horrible for me. It's not working with my tab colors and at times is not easy to see, especially in bright settings. (Things was actually really beautiful to use.) Developers, PLEASE, give me the ability to choose my background color for the panels, or at least make plain white an option. I'm still using it though - if you can get over the color issue 2Do is becoming an excellent app.

Causes iCloud Back up not to work

I have used this app for more than 10 years, I check my list >20 times a day. I would oh previously rated this 5 starts hands down. In the last 2 months it has caused my iCloud not to back up. After 5 hours of trouble shooting, they identified this app. I deleted app, and was once again able to back up my iCloud. Reinstall the app and it caused interference and I was no longer able to back up iCloud. Contact customer service and they have no solution from the upside. I’m post to make a difficult decision as I am considering no longer using the app because it interferes with the iCloud back up. The to do app back up to dropbox works great but if I can’t back up my entire phone that is a huge problem.

I switched from Toodledo to 2Do several weeks ago. I love the design and flexibility of the 2Do app. There is only one feature I miss from Toodledo. When I add a new item, if I forget to put a priority on it, it shows up in the “None” priority. I have had important items go undone for a time while I worked the higher priority items. In Toodledo I set the default priority to high so that newly added items were very visible, then I edited them to lower priority as needed. I would love to see an option in 2Do to set a default priority.
