Notifications not working properly

Z...a

If I get a notification for a task and have completed that task, Notification Center allows me to mark the task as complete. If I mark it as complete it does not sync back into the app and I continue to revive nag alerts about that notification I have completed. This is also the case for the Apple Watch when I mark tasks as completed. It does not sync into the app itself. Needs to be fixed.

So far the trial is great...

Now that I’ve figured out a lot mostly on my own with a couple of helpful videos

Overbuilt

drjwr

Too multi-stepped and overbuilt for most every day use: try to schedule an event for a particular time; or try to change the time for an event; to take two simple examples. It’s laborious. You could do the task in the time it takes you to schedule the task. You can make a simple list by just scheduling a day, and find that list by hitting that day on the watch app. It’s just more complicated than it needs to be, unless you have a real OC personality.

You will not find a better more complete To-Do app

abrandeis

This app is hands down the best To-Do / GTD / Lists app in the app store. It just works. And it works well.

Good but needs some work

hoorayberet00

I would use the app more if it were able to be on my Watch face. Also, it doesn’t seem to be fully optimized for the new SiriKit. (Example: Look at how much power you can wield with Moleskine’s Actions app.) It looks like the pricing model may have changed and I really hope I’m wrong because I have already paid for the features recently and I don’t want to have to pay for them again. So some clarity or a reminder about how this is handled would be great. For quick, discreet entries, I wish that I could could use Apple’s Scribble feature that could be intelligently translated to a new task with a due date and/or reminder that’s set automatically. As it stands now, I find the Quick Add feature a little confusing to setup. What would be ideal is for me to always be prompted to set a new deadline with unique reminder(s). But adding tasks needs to be simpler. I love that the app can nag you. It’s similar to Due in the way it will nag you. But it’s another feature that could be simpler to get setup with. As for 2Do on Apple Watch, the watchOS app appears to not have support for complications on Watch faces. If I’m wrong, can you let me know which Faces your app supports 2Do complications?

This ToDo list is packed with options

iToNeG

People love options and choices but it seems this application has a little too much. To me it’s just so much going on with icons all over. There comes to a point where too many options is too much. For now it seems to be taking me longer to use the application because of all that is going on on the screens. I would love to see a UI rewrite to clean things up a bit.

None replaces it

Konek

Continue to be impressed with 2do. I've tried others but none are visually as pleasing and adapts to you like this app. The desktop and mobile app keeps my organized. This app can be a simple list or an intricate planner.

Almost Perfect

EP Lawyer

This is the best To Do app. It just lacks one important feature: I need to be able to edit the completion date for a task. This feature is currently lacking in the iphone and Mac versions.

Very satisfied

MaerczAl

I like how the software handles projects and sub tasks. Keeps me on track even with a lot of projects in parallel.
