I have downloaded so many utility/lifestyle apps in search for one that has what 2Do has. This app is very intuitive yet simple but with plenty of customization settings. Reminders, calendars, lists, 2-Do’s are all combined to manage time and productivity in the best way, at least that’s my opinion.

I’ve tried them all. This is the best task manager I have ever used. The only thin close was my Franklin-Covey!

Widget doesn’t work after 3.10.1 update

Widget doesn’t work after 3.10.1 update. I tried to communicate with the developers via email on their website but they say small number of customers affected the error and they don’t know how to solve the bug!!

I have used 2Do for 2 years now and this app is great. It has everything that you would want for an app to organize what you need to get done. It sinks up with all of my devices seamlessly being an iPad, MacBook, and Apple Watch. This app has helped me get thought school and I love it and will continue to use it every day.

I couldn't get by without this app. I have tried them all along with the price tag that comes with it. Do yourself self a favor - save time and money by cutting to the chase and getting the best GTD / Task Manager around. 2Do.

Best in Simplicity: I didn’t even need to use any tutorials or read the instructions. It’s super intuitive. Best in Ease of Use: the Quick Task even lets me switch between groups to add the next task. Best in Features: even without the pro features this app has everything I need from a task app. Best in User Friendliness: even though I certainly will be buying the upgrade, it’s good to know the understand that people don’t need to be annoyed into buying something; when it’s good enough, we’ll buy it. Best in Show: my only problem is that I can’t figure out how to get the upgrade before the trial ends. Which, of course, is because I haven’t read any instructions yet! Well done, folks. You got me to be glad to write a review for the first time.

Would like to see better calendar integration in terms of the visual aspect. The today widget is ok however it would be a game changer to have a full month view in the today widget that includes calendar events. Thank me later salaam

Needs custom nag alerts by task!

I am one of those people who have tried every to do app in the store. This is the closest to being perfect in my opinion. I don’t need crazy features - just something easy to use and that actually works. My only complaint is that I can’t customize the auto-snooze by task. I like setting a default - to remind me of I completed tasks every day, but some tasks are so important I want them in my face within the same day. If they add this feature, I would bump to 5 stars.
