Great guide to meditation

Meg chloe

Oprah's narrative is soothing and peaceful. This is a meditation infused with Indian philosophy and some Christian belief. I loved all sessions so far.

Gets better and better

I have used this app for a few years and they make it easier to use each time.

I love the content but have a difficult time getting the app to work.

Love it!

The 21 day meditation challenges are the best! The app is easy to use.

Good but...

This has been a wonderful meditation experience. However you cannot access previous day's journals to reflect on and some meditations the journals are availability. This happened after the recent "bug fix update"

Love Content

I love the meditations and after using one of the free 21-day offerings, have purchased 4 packages. Have not had any problems with app using my Apple devices.

App needs work

JChappy

I am not reviewing the 21 day meditation itself. Those are always great and I have done about 7 so far. The App, however, is supposed to make it quick and easy to access the meditation. It's flaw is that I can't get to today's journal, and can't look back at any of the other day's journals. I go to the website, log on, and proceed to write in the journal. This defeats the purpose of the App entirely. I'm about to stop using it because I have to log on afterwards to do my journaling anyway.

Limited Usefulness

Mufasa0226

Very little substance. The mantras are completely foreign in meaning and are ineffective except as time placeholders. I am not inspired to pay for additional meditations.

Skip the app

Until the bugs in this app get worked out, I'm using only the website. The app will not orient properly on my iPad and the pause function doesn't work - you have to start at the beginning. Frustrating for a stress-reduction tool. Oprah, please put your people on this. Thanks.
