New User poor experience

Supereema

I used the app for meditating for the first time. I had been using safari and could buy products and listen to it. If my phone screen locked it would continue to play. I could not purchase the product with the app. It wasn't clear where that option was. I was surprised that I had to load all 21 days at once. I don't have that much memory on my phone so I'd prefer not to store it. Last, when my screen locks the meditation stops playing. That means I have to open my eyes and go back to my phone several times during the meditation. I think I'll go back to using the browser version.

Can’t download purchased meditations or they disappear

Rebeccaj52

I had meditations I purchased disappear from down load. They now have red triangles by them and a few tracks are missing and won’t download. This app has never been very consistent it freezes a mediation in the middle of it. I have an iPhone 6 and should be no problem. So out of 4 purchased meditations, and they are not cheap, 2 won’t work in order and download. I expected a top notch app.

Glitchy

Count Arthur Basy

This app is definable shaky! If I download the whole album it won’t stay in my phone so when I need my mediation most times it’s not there especially when Im traveling ?

I too could never access my journal. I really wanted to see if I had progressed. That’s all

Ridiculous multiple access points

Shan964

It doesn’t seem to like any password I use even though I have no trouble if I access the site via my PC. Tired of fighting this. What a useless app. It’s certainly made starting the 21 day meditation challenge unpleasant.

App needs work Content Awesome

I get my reminders and every time I click to go to the app from my email it brings me to the App Store to download the app. Each morning I use the app I have to refresh or go back to the menu screen, change options then go back to library to see my actual available meditations. Journal was available one day on ONE meditation haven’t been able to access it again. Based on that experience alone I wouldn’t upgrade to the paid options. As much as I enjoy the content the problems with the app make it EXTREMELY difficult to benefit and have definitely kept me from purchasing anything!

Love The content, this app is terrible.

This app is getting worse and worse. I’m very disappointed. If anybody at opera or at departure brothers companies see this please do something to make this better this is awesome content. But the delivery system has a lot to be desired.

No customer service, questionable value.

I have loved the meditation series in the past- downloaded and listened to on my Mac or phone. When it became obvious I had to have the app, I got it. But why won’t all of my previously PURCHASED series show up on the app? It’s not relaxing but really stressful trying to figure this out. And having to go through Pentagon-level security questions/steps also defeats the purpose, right? I mean, this is a meditation app. I have asked their customer service for help with my purchased content not showing on the app, numerous times. No response. While I do like both Oprah and Deepak, I sense something’s amiss here. I’ve also become disillusioned with the whole structure of the series; it’s all about the purchasing of each series. That’s fine and good. But at some point, it gets a little grabby, at least to me. How about if a customer buys and listens to 4 series, the next one’s on them? I mean, they each cost $40. Kind of a lot.

AMAZING MEDITATION

Blutsschwestern

Okay so I see some have trouble with the app. I don't but also PEOPLE, the content. It's amazing. So many shifts, so many revelations, so much healing. I'm sure they'll get to the glitches.

Journal rarely works

Star-Keisha Jones

The app itself could use some updating especially being back by Oprah and D Pok seems like the app is kind of forgot about the journals hardly ever work
