Hey I am the poster adult of ADHD, sooo hard to meditate and when is guided and for a set time I am compelled to keep trying! I enjoy it very much, btw this is my 3rd free 21 day experience!

Meditations and the stories from Oprah are encouraging

Disappointed

Arrdempsey

For the 21 day meditation- each session was supposed to last for five days. The last one was yesterday- I tried to listen today and was locked out. I liked the mediation but this app does not work well at all and I would be extremely hesitant to buy anything through it.

App Not Great

ProgressiveMom

Update: I had fallen a day behind in the latest series of meditations. Usually you are given 5 days to listen once a new meditation is posted. Not this time apparently. The last new posted meditation was yesterday, yet today the ENTIRE SERIES is deleted from the app. VERY disappointed... The meditations are WONDERFUL, but the app itself needs work. As many others have stated, the Journal is all but nonexistent. Some days I can access it, but most days I cannot. I prefer to journal prior to the meditation, but I’m unable to do that. I have been trying to keep up with it on my computer later, but that defeats the purpose of being in the moment and reflecting. PLEASE fix this.

Meditations Good, App Bad

Used to work just fine. Now the information is the same on all the days of each Med challenge. I can still listen to the meditations though. The journal questions seem to still be corresponding, for now anyway. Seems like the glitches are numerous and pervasive throughout the many different customers reviews. This app really needs repairs especially considering the cost of each meditation. And when you have a whole slew of them, (meditations) expectations are they will work and continue to work. Update: Nov 2017. App still is inadequate. Journal availability is hit and miss. Mostly miss. Not reliable. Even when deleting and reloading.

Consistently good, mind opening.

Using app for 4 years and love it.

Favorites page crashes. After list of favorited meditations appears, app crashes. Can only access in individual meditation titles. ————- Wonderful app. Thanks for the update. Functionality with the Health app would be a welcome option.

Oprah and Deepak’s meditations are truly a gift that everyone should take the time to embrace.

Despite updates app continues to be buggy

Qi Li

This is one of those odd situations where the problem seems to be primarily with purchased content. Many of us enjoy the meditations so much that we buy them to listen to again. And that's where the problems lie. We download the content for offline listening and go back the next day to find it's been deleted so we need to download it again and again. Eventually I tire of this and resort to streaming. That works okay but requires Internet and makes it difficult to keep one's place. The content is good so I put up with the frustrations. Still, seems counterproductive to achieving peace of mind.

Don't waste your time...

This app is really buggy... Signing up was complicated compared to others due to signing in with Facebook, then using other login details, email confirmation, etc. But the big rip-off was there was no free meditations, in fact the app was completely empty, I can't even buy them or mantras, anything, it's a waste of time!
