Unusable App-1 year later still dysfunctional

App crashes every time I start a mediation. So extremely disappointing. Plus the meditations don't download so you're stuck having to reload all of them each time you open the app. I'm thankful that it's all free and there's no $$ lost, but the downside is that I would be happy to purchase content if I had a reliable means if accessing it. Please fix!! 1year later, still does not download meditations for off-line listening. So you get to burn data to stream. No improvements at all.

Awful! It was working great until I made the mistake of downloading the update. Why would I have to re download everything? Nothing will download correctly now and I cannot use it unless connected to wifi. I don't understand why they can't get this app running smoothly and reliably. It is really irritating because the content is good. Even writing this review is a pain.
Re download meditations

I have an iPad Pro (not cellular) and I need to continually download my "paid for" meditations (so I can access in offline mode). I just uninstalled the app from my iPhone to see if this fixes the issue (iOS syncing issue?). I am wondering if the (keep having to download the meditations) problem is caused by the updates to each new versions of the app... or it's another reason entirely? When I get to use the app in offline mode, it works well and I really enjoy it. The frustration level it causes me to keep having to re download each purchased meditation exceeds the benefit I get from listening to it. I am surprised this issue has not been addressed and resolved by now. The app has been around for many years, and I paid for the meditations so I could use in offline mode. Thanks for listening *******

I bought one of the meditation. The app doesn't function well. I have been trying to access it for a week, nothing happen. Every time I clicked the play button, it just went blank. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.
Crashes all the time and will not download

I love the meditations offered and have purchased five. The app is very dysfunctional. Every time there is a new update all of the meditations I've downloaded go away, or are taken away! So I have to download them over and over. Please fix this! August 2017 UPDATE: This app still crashes and will not download the meditations so I can listen to them where I have no wifi or cell service. The app is the worst! Please fix or hire someone who can fix it!
Crashes, deletes downloaded content every few days

8/26/17 The app constantly deletes downloaded content every other day or so. They invent "new excuses" to rationalize their incompetence at fixing a glitch they should not have. 14 meditation challenges at $40 each is roughly $560 that I've spent and the only thing they've shown is they have no respect for my money or my loyalty. 3/1/17 Their technical support department's response is dismissive and unapologetic. They stated that the app doesn't delete the downloads and that I shouldn't download the library unless I'm on an airplane or planning to be somewhere that I won't have Wifi. Well I don't always have access to Wifi and after spending $480.00 I shouldn't have to explain that to anyone. THEN THEY SAID I shouldn't store all 12 series on my phone as it takes up too much space. What I choose to use my phone's space for is my business!!! This is the WORST APP EVER and it's getting worse with each version. 2/22/17 I don't know why I continue to update in hopes they will fix bugs from the previous version. This time it not only deleted my library it would not let me download them. I had to delete the entire app, then reinstall. Since then I've only successfully downloaded 8 of 12 of my Meditation Challenge series. At $40 a pop I should not have to accept such an IT nightmare. If anything this meditation app INCREASES THE NEED FOR IT'S USERS TO MEDITATE, yes it's THAT FRUSTRATING!!!! 12/1/16 I updated and yet again it deleted all my downloaded meditations. I have 12 from the series. This has become very problematic. Shame on the IT crew. Shame! 11/26/16 Now it deletes meditations every 3 or so days. If I open the app I often have to download the whole series AGAIN. It's making me very unhappy. 11/2016 Every update causes a warning message telling you to refresh and sync. This deletes all meditations requiring re-downloads for every meditation. Doing this was optional as long as the red dot in the re-sync symbol didn't bother you. With this last update it re-sync'd my library without asking me and once again deleted all my meditations. They are making bi-weekly updates now which have no discernible benefit and are creating stress where there needn't be. Previous review: I have never updated the app due to numerous complaints about performance and the deletion of downloaded meditations. I have 10 mediation series's so I've spent well over $400.00. Now, the app is inaccessible and closes in 3 seconds. It won't even allow me enough time to tap my library. This just happened after my purchase of the 7 Days to Restful Sleep - Streaming, On-Demand. EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T UPDATE. So I was forced to update and now it's frozen on "loading". You would think these celebrity moguls would get their act together and pay competent IT people to create and resolve customer issues. They are clearly outsourcing to maximize on profit at our expense and complaints from over a year ago have gone unaddressed.
Great meditations - frustrating app

Mediations get 5 stars - app gets 2 stars. In the past I've given 4 or 5 stars. Now, not so much. I'm looking forward to the next new meditation. I've downloaded seven 21 Day Meditations over the last few years and usually replay a different one each month. The app has several frustrating problems: Downloaded meditations have to be constantly reloaded to be used offline. This problem seems to be getting worse. Streaming works fine. I'd really like to be able to turn off the background music during the mantra meditation. I prefer meditating in silence so I stop the app and use a separate timer app to end my session. Deepak and Oprah can do better. I use an iPhone 6 and iPad Pro, each with IOS 10.3.3.
