I am 60, my back is not so good, overweight,etc. This is the first workout I could done until the end. I feel a little sweat, but know it was the amount and kind of excercise I can do. Congratulations to the authors.

I love this app. I am 64 and out of shape and this will help me improve my condition. The free beginners workout was simple yet I can definitely tell it is working. One of the few apps I am committed to pay for upgrade.


Great Workout....But!

As an overweight mom who doesn't have time to workout, this is really great. I feel like I can start working out again without strenuous exercise in a gym with tons of people watching. The only problem I have with the app is there's no music or instruction. I wish there was a voice counting or encouraging with background music. That would make it so Much better. Also, sometimes the pause and fast forward button doesn't work so well. That's why I give it 3 stars instead of 5.

I have a few issues that have had me spending just as much time recovering from a strain or sprain as I spent working out, so I'm in horrible shape. The levels of workouts help me where I am from day to day. Some days are better than others but I do t feel discouraged because I'm still getting a workout.

No Pause Button

This app has a lot of potential, but it doesn't have a pause option so you can take a short break, a glass of water, or answer the phone/door.

Very good! Simple basic exercises for the extremely out of shape. I've only done one workout but I'm very impressed. It even tailors the workout to your ability to remain standing and walking

A good app for beginners. If some exercises are too difficult, it is easy to modify them. But most are easy enough for beginners and seniors to do. The 30-second intervals keep you on task. The 20 minutes is up before you know it. Highly recommend for beginners or seniors.
