This app changed my life.

Nay1012

I have always felt like a runner in my head, but once my shoes hit the pavement it was proven otherwise. I would be winded after 1 minute of running and wouldn’t try again for a long time. I downloaded the C25K app August 2018 and really struggled the first two weeks. Fortunately the reminders and breaks in between running is what kept me pushing through the program. I was running 30 minutes non stop and enjoying the program in no time (2 months later). I took some time off because I had a hard time running in the winter time, but when spring came around I knew I was ready to jump back in. Naturally, I downloaded the 10K app. If you have completed the 5k program, it will start you off at week 9 which was great because I needed to ease back into running. Honestly, this is the best program. I feel like a runner, I have more stamina, I have lost 30lbs, and it’s all because of this app.

Data Disappears Mid-Jog

Original Tea

App used to work great until most recent update. Now the app times out if it’s in the background and you lose all data/progress from that run (despite using lock feature). Left a star because I can at least see what my next program should be to do it on my own without the app keeping time.

Thieves - Paid for Ad-Free

MrWufz

I paid for Ad-Free in 2016. Have a receipt. When I restore, they claim it was successful but ads don't disappear. Their support asked me if I'd changed my Apple ID email, which I had not, but then ghosted me. Awful. In addition, every time I tap on something, it makes super-loud knocking noises, even though I have "beeps" disabled in settings and have my volume all the way down. Crap app. I took the actual C25K program, freely available online, and spent 10 min entering it into a real running app and will just use that.

Gotta keep going!!!

I love the timing and even though I choose my speeds I feel that the accountability factor is there and I have to complete each session!

Will 10K app be made for Fitbit?

lizzledizzles

Hi, I just completed the C25K program last week using your app for Fitbit. I really loved the haptic feedback cues and the easy interface. I also love not having to carry my phone with me when running! Will the 10K version be released on that platform? Thanks, Lizzie

Fun Runs

Duckfeet runner

Couch to 10K makes running workouts easy and fun. I can focus on my runs instead of worrying about counting laps or hoping I hear my watch beep. I rely on this app every year to get back into running shape after a winter break. This is all true.

Really Works

Mylisa53

I’m 66 yo and in fairly decent shape but have never been a runner. I didn’t believe that this would work. Every new week I’d say I’m never going to be able to run for that long. But by week 14, I was running, really running. I had tried to do it on my own and was never successful. I also loved that I could listen to my music and it would pipe in and tell me when to walk and when to run. It also tells you when you’re halfway through. I would highly recommend!

Monthly fee to see data

The only way you can see your mileage is with an $8/month subscription. There are other apps that don’t charge this. I recommend you keep looking.

Ads won’t exit??

Smbrown5

I finished the C25K app and graduated to the 10K version. After my first workout, an ad for ice cream pops up and I can’t bypass it... what gives developers???

Like the app but...

Rhirhi82

I totally enjoy this app. Was super excited about using my new iwatch with the app, but no...I have to pay to have it on my watch...why? I love the app, I don’t want the pro version. Not happy about this at all...
