The voice wouldn’t work unless I had the phone unlocked and app open. I don’t want to have to run with my phone in my hand and the app open. Super disappointed.

Maybe either include calories or distance, not both in the free app to entice others to buy the full version. Voice prompts are great addition too.

I bought the upgrade because I wanted to see how far I was running. But I cannot figure out how to make it detect motion. I’m fairly computer savvy, checked settings and such, without success. At this time I would recommend NOT purchasing the upgrade as there have been no added useful features. That said, I do like the workouts.

Great way to start over after an injury! Wish it had a music option and it would be perfect!

I downloaded this app to get in better shape. When I started I was in terrible shape and had not run in about a year. I liked how it gradually works your way up to more running, however only having it go 3 days a week I don’t think is enough to really build your stamina. I also hate that the app doesn’t track your mileage and calories correctly. I started running with my Fitbit and found that the app is recording about 1/4 mile less than I’m actually doing and sometimes recording 50-75 calories less that what I’m actually burning. So when looking at your progress it is really off which is very frustrating. Overall I think this app is ok, but if you want to be able to run a 10K you need to be running more than 3x per week.

Whenever a notification comes through to run or walk, it affects the volume of my podcast. It is either too soft or too loud.

I do love the app how it progresses you. What I don’t love is that I have to use this app in conjunction with another app (map my run) to see actual distance, pace, and mapped route. It would be top notch if this app had it all in one!

The updated app crashes halfway through runs and then loses the data for the current run. I’d suggest using the planner for getting an idea for a running schedule, but tracking runs in another app. Nothing more frustrating then realizing your data is gone after a hard workout.

I have been a big fan of this app using both C25K and now C210, but the new update has me looking for another alternative. Seems to limit your volume on your Amazon playlist when the app is open and running. Then when you get a voice alert she’s yelling at you. This should be the other way around. I like my music up not DOWN!!! Also, just before I completed my time the app crashed and I was left with no run log. Very disappointed and hope this gets fixed sooner rather than later! ;-)

Thank you for addressing the volume issue. I felt that DING was going to either put me into cardiac arrest or impair my hearing. ? I think this app is great. Rather than doing 3x per week, I run 2 days, take a day off, run 2 days, take a day off.m, etc. A “week” isn’t quite a full week, but you get more exercise in to keep up the endurance and accomplish the same goal. I love having a guide to get me back on track.
