Easy to follow

Kesha-Loganville

No excuse? The app is simple to follow.

It’s okay

msmuffintop

I get that you can repeat days but the average person wants the challenge of doing each workout as assigned. Imho some of the jumps were pretty excessive. I managed, but I maybe didn’t do the workout that well and i think i would have gotten stronger faster at a slower pace. I’m using the schedule for trail running and i live at 5,000 feet. Perhaps if i were using this app on a flat, at a track, I would retract this complaint

Love this app!

ChadMBrown

I’ve used this app twice: once when I was starting to run and once after an injury got me out of the habit of running. Both times, C210K helped me with the necessary conditioning for high mileage running by easing me into a regimen that I would not have followed without the app. It’s helped me create discipline while making it fun to increase my distance each week. I recommend it to anyone looking to get back into shape!

Progress!

JenBomm

The C25K and 10K Apps have been instrumental in helping me to be consistent with running again. I’m now training to run my first half marathon! Also I love the inspirational quotes that pop up when you open the apps. It feeds your body and your mind.

Adds are looooong

Running Man ?

This would’ve been a 5 star because I find this app to be super effective in helping me progress without getting shin splints. Recently, after my winter hiatus from running, I started back up and found these long adds at the end of the run. Minor annoyance but still an annoyance.

Good app, could be great.

This app has really helped me get back into running and holds me accountable. I pay for the upgraded version and always get frustrated when I try to go back to look at my routes and it doesn’t have the option. It also glitches and pulls in data from my previous run instead of updating with my latest results. Would love to see these things fixed.

This app really keeps me accountable...

AHV :-)

I love how this simple app keeps me accountable and motivated.

Watch standalone not working

radiologist69

This almost killed me. Was using the watch app (stand-alone mode) and it keeps jumping from step one to step 2 without the walking period. Timer invalidates randomly ten seconds into walking. Then it just jumps to the end. Fix it to get back your starts.

apple watch

love the app and how challenging it is BUT i wish you could track the distance you run when you use your apple watch or it was more compatible with the apple activity app.

Unable to track with another app

wergserhjkofd

I had been tracking my runs (along with all my other activities like hiking and walks) on a different app, while I ran and walked when c210k told me to. It worked great because the tracking app would tell me when I’d hit my miles and my pacing, and C210k would tell me my intervals. But now I can’t use both apps at the same time. Very disappointed that I truly have no idea how I did on my run today - because I have to pay to be able to see my stats through this app. Frustrating enough to get me to stop using the app. It’s a shame because I was really enjoying it and nearly halfway done. I only want this app to tell me when to run and walk. I want my other established tracking app to track so all my activities in one place.
