Good workout to get back into fitness – 10K Runner, Couch to 10K Run Review

Pros Great walk run program, no need to watch watch has prompts to run/walk. Journal and gps is good and like including my music. Cons Not everyone is starting from same point so which they had a choice. Wish program won’t stop when time is over. I like to walk after run I wished it kept tracking going
