Function and tracking is great!

I really love this app and I use it several times a week. I need the guidance, timers, and like the option to run and then walk. I have been using this app for a long time now, about four years, going up and down in my running abilities but I find it really works for me.

I’d give this app a negative star if possible. I purchased the premium version over a month ago and have been using it regularly only to open it today and discover that it no longer recognizes me as a premium user. I’ve tried EVERYTHING, including re-purchasing it and restoring my previous purchase but nothing works. It will tell me I have been upgraded but it still won’t let me “in” to the premium runs, which is where I am currently at. I run as a stress reliever and needed this to work today, but instead discover it is get one more glitchy, unreliable app

Got ripped off on premium

I asked customer support how to switch my subscription for the free trial (which is 7.99/mo after one week) to the unlimited option but never received a response. I couldn’t figure out how to change it despite looking where it says to look in the questions section. After charging my account the 7.99, the app then gave me the option of unlimited premium again, which I paid for. Now the app won’t let me access premium despite the fact that I’ve now paid for it twice (having paid the fee for both monthly and unlimited). Unresponsive customer service and intentionally ripping off your customers is completely uncool ):<

This would easily be a 5 star review if the app allowed for a manual entry for treadmill runs. I have a 5k training app that does that. It’s nice to be able to track how I’m progressing. If you only plan to train outside, this app will work well for you. Otherwise I like the app. I think the training plan is helping me a lot, and I appreciate the little encouraging words during my run.
