Downloaded this app and the sound wouldn’t work. Thought maybe the upgrade would fix it, so paid for that. Sound still doesn’t work.
I wonder if the creator of this app reads the reviews.

I downloaded and paid for it before I read all the reviews. Big mistake. Now I can’t get a refund. The app has no sound, so it’s as good as useless . Downloaders and buyers beware!!!

No option to restore app purchase

I purchased this app for my son and a week later noticed it wasn’t letting him in to the full version. Some apps do this but let you restore purchase. I would pay the small amount again but how long until it kicks us out again and we have to pay $2.99 again!! Can this be fixed or is this a scam???
Upgraded version difficulty

My son loves this app so I purchased it for our tablet but I can’t download the upgraded version also onto my phone. It’s the same iTunes account yet they want me to purchase the upgraded version twice. Very frustrating.
Sound doesn’t work

Downloaded it and the sound doesn’t work. Checked all the settings, checked that it had access to the microphone and/or speaker, and it doesn’t even show up in my downloaded apps list on my device. Deleted the app and tried reinstalling...same exact thing.

The whole point of the app is to show a pic and say what it is. Useless app that I paid for and doesn’t have sound. No way to contact for support either. Awful!
No option to restore from purchase

I paid the $3 to upgrade in app. App got deleted on accident, redownloaded and asks for another $3 to upgrade. No option in the apps UI to recognize previous purchase. Your support button in the App Store also takes me to a 404 webpage. I shouldn’t have to try this hard to restore my upgraded account.
