No option to restore from purchase – 100 words for Babies & Toddlers Review

I paid the $3 to upgrade in app. App got deleted on accident, redownloaded and asks for another $3 to upgrade. No option in the apps UI to recognize previous purchase. Your support button in the App Store also takes me to a 404 webpage. I shouldn’t have to try this hard to restore my upgraded account.
