Upgraded version difficulty – 100 words for Babies & Toddlers Review

My son loves this app so I purchased it for our tablet but I can’t download the upgraded version also onto my phone. It’s the same iTunes account yet they want me to purchase the upgraded version twice. Very frustrating.
