No option to restore app purchase – 100 words for Babies & Toddlers Review

I purchased this app for my son and a week later noticed it wasn’t letting him in to the full version. Some apps do this but let you restore purchase. I would pay the small amount again but how long until it kicks us out again and we have to pay $2.99 again!! Can this be fixed or is this a scam???
