Happy Customer

Great job Amazon!!!!!

Terrific Service

Predsfan75

I loved Amazon before but now...I am blown away. Yes, some things are way too expensive. Be a smart shopper. Most items are comparable sometimes same price or cheaper.

Improvements Needed

N.F.S.B.R.N.

1. Add Apple Pay 2. Improve Real Time tracking of order 3. Add save for later/wish list

Amazing feature!

App has some kinks but it's not a big deal. Just close it out and reopen. Anyhow- my delivery tracker worked great, my courier was super nice, and the delivery was lightening fast. My order was missing some things and I called and the service was amazing! Customer for life :)

Pretty good

Yes the interface is awkward hand blown up. Yes the selection is somewhat limited. Yes you have to pay to delivery cost (free if two hours window) if you order from two different places. In spite of this, this app remains the best on demand grocery source available. Tap tap tap and one hour later you have your avocados. Usually have a version of what I want, cost a little higher but not ridiculous. Keep it up Amazon, can't wait till the eventual quad copter delivery upgrade.

It's Trash

Today is the second time my delivery is incomplete due to the incompetence of Amazons staff rather than due to an inventory shortage. There will never be a third opportunity for Amazon PrimeNow to again screw up.

Easy and convenient! What's not to love

Being a prime member everything transferred over to this account. It took me less time to complete an order than if I was in the store myself, and that doesn't include driving time (maybe 10 minutes start to finish). The application is user friendly and even allowed me to add a new card with ease. Awaiting my first order at my doorstep, but couldn't be happier with the transaction process.

Wow!!!

I've got an injured foot so I'm not feeling upto driving or going to the store. I needed band aids and was craving ice cream so I decided to check the app out. I saw that there was a deal going for $10 off your first order and wow that ended up making my order a steal! $21 of stuff for $11. Ordered at 8am and the first delivery window was 10a-12p. Got my order at 11a which I was super pleased with! After that I decided to go back into the app and leave John, my delivery dude a $2 tip. Still a great deal for 2 boxes of cereal, Ben and jerrys, band aids, licorice, kit kat, rice and Sprite right to my door. I don't know how often I'll be using it since it's normally a $20 minimum, but using it while injured with this deal has been great!

Hungry and empty handed

gpmr1988

Extremely disappointing. I was excited to try this service, and it is now 75 min past my delivery time with nothing, no products, no contact from a delivery person, or any idea IF or when my order will arrive. Spoke to TWO customer service reps who claim a tech service problem that means orders aren't being dispatched, and they couldn't tell me what the status of mine was. I have spent over 3 hours of my friday night waiting for a product that may not come. Worse, I am hungry because I ordered groceries - could have ordered from another courier service, got takeout, or gone to the store myself. I was hoping to relax after a long week and all this has done is add to my stress and leave me hungry, and without any resolution at nearly midnight. It is disgraceful customer service - if something goes wrong with your order, you are in the lurch

Come on Amazon...

This concept is really cool, and don't get me wrong I wanted to love it. I really did. The idea of getting your shopping list delivered in two hours is awesome. The problem I find with the service is it claims to be "Free Two Hour Delivery" which is great until you're checking out and realize they automatically add a pretty significant delivery tip onto it. I understand Amazon needs money but they shouldn't advertise it as a free service if it doesn't stay absolutely true to that.
