Used to be great. Gone down hill. Used to order, 2 hrs later have my items. Now earliest is 7 hours. Then to get it earlier, want to charge me. Used to be worth being a prime member but Walmart is starting to beat you in pricing and time frames.
First of all, I am still thankful that this app is available, so that I can do my online grocery shopping regularly. So not giving a 1 star here. However, this app’s bugs on iPhone have really gotten on my nerves. In particular, the auto-fill for password never worked (so just a teaser)! In addition, nobody bothered to fix the bugs (apparently not a big deal, with COVID and thus high demand).
UPDATE: 08/31/2020 - The app still gives an error when purchasing through checkout. I’m still having to go onto the webpage to finalize my purchase. But it gets worst because now when I click on an item while browsing it redirects me back to the home page. What a joke. This app used to be amazing. Now it doesn’t even work. I can choose all the items I want but it errors out and you can’t buy from it. I then have to go onto Amazon Prime’s website and finish the order there. This is stupid. I can’t even update my zip code via the app because the app experiences some “difficulties, try again later”. Billion dollar business with a .25c app.
Constantly has authentication issues. I ALWAYS have to sign back in, then for some reason I have to sign in again because it doesn’t take....????. I add items to the cart and they disappear after I make my order. Then when my order arrives I am seemingly missing items but when I check my order, items I added disappeared. Also, it’s about every other order that they give me the wrong product. Raspberries instead of the strawberries I had on the order!! The AppDev guys need to fix the bugs and the shoppers need to pay attention to the order!
Every time I try to view previous orders, app asks for password even though I enabled face ID
The app constantly deletes items out of the cart after order has been placed without you ever knowing until they’re delivered. There’s no way to add/edit your order like instacart and you’re lucky if you can actually communicate with your shopper. App constantly crashes or logs you out when you need to check an item for replacement. Fix this!!
I like it much easy to use then go on Amazon website but only thing is I would like them to make it for an iPad that can fit the whole screen. Yes I know it made for iPhone but it would be nice to also to have one for iPad too. Keep up the good work.
