Expired Food Slow delivery

Jenny Shine

Have received damaged and expired food. Produce is terrible. Very limited choices. No one has responded to my email complaints about receiving inedible food and defective products.

Greatest app / service ever.

Hippotub

I see all these horrible reviews and feel bad for those people. I am complete opposite. I love this app! It is so convenient for me to grocery shop (from SPROUTS! + Amazon of course) on my lunch break and have it delivered by the time I get home. Saves a ton of time out of my day and having to drive to the grocery store and end up buying a bunch of things I don't need. Driver and service: pretty great actually. They text or call me if something is unavailable and ask if I want another option or not. .. Always arrived within my chosen time slot. Messed up my order one time but right after I emailed Amazon they responded within 24 hrs and fixed my issue right away. I've been using PrimeNow for quite some time so I guess if you live in Silicon Valley you don't have to worry about anything all the bad reviews have stated.

I've used the service 20-30 times and it's nothing but perfect. Deliveries are almost always early, properly packaged, and in excellent shape. Drivers are courteous, and follow the directions. A real treat to have it here.

Refuses to honor coupon/promotion codes and has terrible selection

Flsnnfr

First of all: Amazon will entice you aggressively by offering a $10 off coupon code for your first order. This coupon code would not work for me despite inputting it in multiple places during checkout and calling Amazon Support for help. So never mind that. Also product selection is super limited and most of what you might want NOW isn't available.

Great app and services where available

gurnted

One star reviews from people who can't get service.... really? At least wait until you can try it before complaining about the app that works perfectly fine. As for product and food quality: I have never had any issues in those departments. If by chance you do get a damaged or expired item, you can always return it and blame the seller who bought it on clearance to send to Amazon. So those complaining in the app review are in the wrong place. The developers are not at fault.

I've used this service twice and it is very convenient to me as I am on Short Term Disability & it's not easy to get out to stores. Also, my parents are elderly & this is great for them also!

Terrible Interface

TheRolyPolyBird

New interface is horrible; clearly a ported forward web view that has terrible asset resolution. Want an ugly UI that's an ad riddled, low resolution mobile site blown up twice the size? Get this app. Want a modern, clean, responsive app? This isn't it. Lazy work, Amazon. Go find your UI/UX team and give them a bronze star with a sticky note that says "mediocre" on it.

Confusing, so many apps from Amazon for shopping.

App made of cardboard, service with a sneer

AndyCR

The app is the glitchiest, most poorly-designed piece of software I've used in a very long time. The drivers frequently arrive late, to the wrong address, deliver you someone else's items, or some creative combination therein, and Googling it says they are vastly overworked and underpaid. Avoid.
