Password Failure – Verizon Backup/Share–FiOS&HSI Review

I know my username and password are correct. However, I keep getting an error message stating that my username or password are incorrect. There is no security question set up on the app to verify my info. The app is useless on my iphone5. I can't login to back up anything.
