Finally an app for apple iOS. I can retrieve, share, and upload my pictures and video via my iPhone 5.

This app works great everyone I see complaining isn't paying attention. This is for DSL or Fios customers who have the verizon backup and internet security service.

I have vz online/backup/sharing with my fios account and love it...but this app crashes constantly on my iphone5s--with they would fix it--

I know my username and password are correct. However, I keep getting an error message stating that my username or password are incorrect. There is no security question set up on the app to verify my info. The app is useless on my iphone5. I can't login to back up anything.
